وی در 20 ژوئیه 1958 در اوهایو، ایالات متحده آمریکا متولد شد.
او(actor and costume designer) است و به خاطر Judge Dredd (1995)، The 40 Year Old Virgin (2005) و Paulie (1998) شناخته شده است.
